These terms are an agreement between you and BDVsystems, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016, India (“we”, “PostDooth”) for your use of PostDooth. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use PostDooth for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your workspaces.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner and controls who else can access it. Owners and admins can invite people; everyone in a workspace can see its content according to their role.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
Connected accounts and passwords
You connect social media and email accounts through each platform’s own sign-in. PostDooth never asks for and never stores the passwords of those accounts; it keeps only the access the platform grants, encrypted, and you can withdraw it at any time on the platform or in PostDooth. You must follow each platform’s rules; we cannot publish where a platform restricts access, and we are not responsible for a platform’s decisions about your account or content.
Acceptable use
You must not use PostDooth to create, store, schedule or publish content, or send messages, that:
- is pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene, or offers sexual services (adult content is not permitted);
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way (reported to the authorities without notice);
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries or public order, or incites any offence;
- promotes terrorism, violence, hatred or discrimination against any group, or harasses or threatens anyone;
- is false or misleading in a way that could cause harm, or impersonates another person or business;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or invades someone’s privacy;
- is spam, or is sent to people who have not agreed to receive it, or breaks the rules of the platform it is published on;
- concerns illegal goods or services, gambling or betting where not permitted, or is otherwise unlawful in India or in any country where you publish or where your audience is.
You must comply with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and with the laws and security policies of every country where you publish or where your audience is. You must not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Your content and responsibility
- You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to process it only to provide the service.
- You alone are responsible for your content and for what you publish, including content first drafted by AI features, and for having the rights and consents it needs. PostDooth is a tool that publishes what you and your team approve; we do not review content before it is published.
- You will compensate BDVsystems for any claim, loss, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your content, your use of PostDooth, or your breach of these terms or of any law.
Enforcement
If we learn of content or use that breaks these terms or the law — through a report, an authority or our own checks — we may remove or block it, suspend the workspace or account, or end it, with or without notice, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse through the contact form (topic “Report abuse or a grievance”).
AI features
AI drafts can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review every draft before using it. PostDooth never publishes AI output without a person’s approval, and makes no promises about results such as reach, engagement or sales.
Plans, payment and refunds
- Every new workspace can try Starter free for 30 days. No payment details are needed to start. Pro has no free trial and is billed from the first month.
- Prices are in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars everywhere else. Starter (₹99 or US$12 per month) includes the AI assistant, 1,000 scheduled posts per month, one device signed in at a time and 20 Brand Brain profiles. Pro (₹199 or US$18 per month) includes the AI assistant, unlimited scheduling, three devices at a time, 50 Brand Brain profiles and editing posts after they are published, where the platform allows it. Which AI services process your content is described in the Privacy Policy. Without a paid plan, you can still view, export and delete your data, but not create or publish.
- Prices exclude GST, which is added to Indian invoices at the applicable rate; other taxes may apply elsewhere. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD) and renew automatically (auto-pay) until you turn auto-pay off.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; your plan then stays active until the end of the paid month. Payments are not refundable once the service has been used, including for partly used months, except where the law requires a refund.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing a price for an existing subscription.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PostDooth reliable but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free, or that every platform will accept every post. We may change or discontinue features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect paid plans.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PostDooth is provided “as is”. BDVsystems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue, data or reputation), or for the actions of social platforms, payment providers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using PostDooth at any time and delete your workspace or account in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent; download an export first if you want to keep your data. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of PostDooth.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect; continuing to use PostDooth after that means you accept them.
