User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 8 October 2026

You can request deletion of personal information associated with your PostDooth account and connected Facebook or Instagram integrations.

Option 1: Revoke Facebook or Instagram access

  1. Open your Facebook account's Settings and find Business Integrations (or the current connected-apps section).
  2. Locate PostDooth and remove its access.
  3. This revokes future access; it does not automatically guarantee deletion of data already stored by PostDooth.

Option 2: Request deletion from PostDooth

  1. Open our Contact page.
  2. Send a request with the subject PostDooth Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email associated with your PostDooth account and specify whether you want connected-platform data or the entire account deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents unless specifically required through a secure verification process.
  4. We will verify the request as appropriate, remove eligible data from active systems and explain any retention required by law or for security.

What may be deleted

Eligible information may include account profile information, connected-channel identifiers and tokens, drafts, scheduling information and associated service records. Content already published on third-party platforms may need to be removed separately on those platforms.

Request status

Use the same contact channel to request an update. Response and completion timing depends on applicable legal requirements and necessary identity verification.

Important

This page provides instructions for human-submitted requests. It is not a technical Meta data-deletion callback endpoint.
